Fleet Super Center
Role: Operations Lead / Sales & Systems Designer
Launched: 2021

The operational hub that powers scale and speed.
Transformed a traditional tire shop into a multi-million dollar fleet maintenance hub. Designed and implemented scalable processes for servicing logistics fleets, including Amazon DSPs, FedEx, and major rental car agencies.

Personally developed workflow systems for dispatch, technician scheduling, and inventory management — leveraging tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and proprietary POS software. Negotiated partnerships with city agencies, EMS, and corporate accounts.

Led a cross-functional team across multiple locations in California, Washington and Texas. Tracked KPIs, optimized route logistics, and introduced a mobile service unit to reduce downtime for fleet customers.


CarShare Company
Role: Co-Founder / Creative Lead / Technical Project Manager
Launched: 2021

The keyless car rental experience built for modern drivers.
Led a team of designers to develop the concept and visual identity of the CarsNow car-sharing platform. Personally oversaw branding elements, including logo design, naming strategy, and color palette selection.

Partnered with engineers and investors to develop a keyless rental experience leveraging telematics systems and fleet automation software. Spearheaded the search and testing of compatible telematics units, negotiated pricing with vendors, and co-invested in a fleet of vehicles deployed across San Francisco and San Antonio.

Worked closely with developers to identify and implement hot-fixes that enhanced the customer experience — from mobile booking UX to seamless check-ins via smartphone.


Mobile Service App
Role: Co-Founder / Product Manager / UX Lead
Launched: 2025 (App & Web)

Smart scheduling for high-volume fleet maintenance.
Identified the need for a unified fleet service scheduling platform and led the end-to-end development of the TN app and web portal. Designed wireframes, crafted user journeys, and managed an international team of developers.

Coordinated feature development — including bulk vehicle upload, VIN decoding, API integration (Geotab), and automated communications to reduce human error in scheduling.

Utilized tools like Figma, Trello, Google Workspace, and Slack for collaboration and project tracking. Managed QA/testing cycles and deployed product updates in real-time to improve both customer and technician experiences.

Oversaw the rollout to major fleet customers, providing training and support to ensure adoption and satisfaction.


Mobile Fleet Services
Role: Service Operations Director
Launched: 2018

On-demand maintenance built around your business.
Launched and scaled a mobile repair network focused on serving city departments, logistics companies, rental fleets, and EMS.

Spearheaded on-site service model development, including mobile tire, brake, battery, and preventative maintenance. Personally sourced and outfitted mobile service trucks with all required equipment, and built SOPs for rapid-response dispatch.

Developed and refined customer communication workflows using Slack, text, and phone integration, and now the Mobile Service app ensuring immediate response to emergencies within a 20-mile radius.

Built partnerships with parts vendors and local dealerships to optimize inventory flow and minimize repair times. Managed team training, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction tracking.
